Terms and conditions.
We are made2c.com and welcome you as a very valued customer, please accept that if you use this website and purchase products, you hereby undertake and agree to the following terms.
Purchasing from made2c.com, by submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the prices and terms stated (E&OE) and are allowing us to use your details for the purpose of supplying goods, including using your address details to be put on packages and them to be put in the hands of secure carriers. We will not use your details for any other purpose without your prior consent.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed order acceptance to your order request and payment has been received in full or 50% in the case of commission work, and then final payment on completion.
Or that a pre-approved credit account facility is in place.
The contract to supply your goods is made at the time that you receive out automated email confirming that the goods have been despatched. If you have a 30 days credit account, title of goods does not pass to you until payment has been received in full. Please ensure that order and delivery address details are correct at time submitting your order, including email address, full postal address and payment details. For trade customers a minimum order value applies, please contact us about this.
Prices, All retail products are priced and displayed inclusive of UK VAT. For wholesale/trade prices please ask for a quote on you order.
All transactions are, processed in pound sterling (GBP). All prices and offers are subject to change and availability without notice. In the event that you cancel an order, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full; in the event of a cancelled order for commission work that has already been under taken there can not be any refund of money paid without agreement.
All products are available whilst stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item that has been ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order.
All trade customer orders must be received on an official order form which contains company/business details on it, contact name and delivery address clearly stated.
(Export orders and delivery outside the United Kingdom) carriage charges will be based upon weight, number of boxes and location. For delivery charges quoted on line made2c.com reserve the right to charge delivery charges once all boxes have been packed. An email will be sent to the buyer before despatch to accept the cost of delivery.
Credit terms and conditions, where made2c.com have authorised a “credit account” the following terms and conditions apply. Credit terms of 30 days i.e. ‘Full payment’ of due invoices to be paid within (30) net days of the invoice date. Any complaints or queries must be notified to us in writing within seven (4) days of receipt of goods. (Service) and//or invoice, whichever is the latter. We will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation, if we are not paid according to agreed terms.
Made2c.com reserves the right to withdraw “credit” facilities without notice. All goods remain the property of made2c.com until payment is received in full.
